3-Week Sales and Operational Sprint

This is not a coaching or HR program.

How It Works

STEP 1

The Discovery Call

This is a 20 minute call to discuss; you and your business, your goals, what problems you specifically want to solve -  and whether I can help you.

STEP 2

Week 1  - Diagnosis

I work with you to observe and understand your business across 5 key areas:

  • Enquiries

  • Quoting & Follow-up

  • Communication & Handover

  • Ownership

  • Operational Bottlenecks

At the end of week 1 you will have a clear, prioritised diagnosis of where revenue and operational reliability are leaking across these areas.

STEP 4

Weeks 2 to 3 - Installation

I will help you build and implement a structure:

Enquiries Handling Process (backed by psychological principles to support optimum conversion and client satisfaction) 

Quote & Follow-up structure, to avoid loss and maximise revenue opportunities

Ownership Clarity, no ambiguity or guessing of staff responsibilities

Simple Handover Structure, to reduce error and rework

Absence and Cover process, so jobs don't fall apart when someone if off.

STEP 5

Owner Relief

We will work together to untangle jobs that are getting stuck in bottlenecks and can be delegated. So one person isn't stuck being the default fixer, this includes what stays with the owner or management, setting boundaries without guilt or lack of clarity.

STEP 6

Close & Lock In

We will finish with:

  • A clear summary of what changed

  • Rules now in place to support structure

  • Things to look out for in future
